Logistics Supervisor - PM Shift

Position Summary

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities for the warehouse and shipping departments for a given shift. You will coach, guide, and mentor a group of associates to create a culture of safety, quality, and service. You will collaborate across departments and sites to drive continuous improvement within inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service activities.

This is an overnight shift (5:30pm‑6:00am) with some weekend work required.

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety through regular presence on the floor, engaging with team members across functions to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring completion of all relevant training and observations.
• Ensure all team members follow standard work procedures that allow for accurate inventory counts across all raw materials and finished goods inventory locations.
• Develop and sustain staffing model to meet inbound and outbound shipment requirements, while striving to remain a shipper of choice for carriers.
• Hire, train, develop, and grow a team of hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial results.
• Additional responsibilities as necessary, including Food Safety and Quality duties.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in a Distribution / Warehouse setting or supply‑chain management role.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience (preferred).
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES (preferred).

• Regularly use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear.
• Stand, walk, stoop, or kneel regularly.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50pounds.
• Maintain close vision; exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, occasional extreme cold, and loud noise.
