Warehouse Associate

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to work Monday‑Friday, 7am‑4pm, starting at $18 per hour. You will operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) and use RF technology to prepare outbound orders, manage inventory, and maintain a safe workspace.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident‑free workspace.
• May be responsible for driver duties and responsibilities.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE, including a safety harness with a 400 lb capacity.

• 1–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 with a valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• High attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter who can quickly learn our systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

• Pay range: $17.41 – $26.11 hourly (starting wage may vary by location).
