Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $54,000.00 Annually

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the day-to-day operations of an assigned facility. Reporting to the onsite management team, this position is responsible for overseeing production performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership.

• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as the main communication link between operations, employees, and customers.
• Inspire accountability, set clear goals, and promote positive workplace culture.
• Establish and maintain consistent and proper communication with internal and external management teams.
• Partner with onsite management team to ensure the customer's expectations of the highest level of quality standards and service are achieved.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Reviews and analyzes daily and weekly reports to ensure constant improvement in operations.
• Partner with onsite management team to ensure timely completion and administration of all employment tasks including employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, corrective actions, status changes, separations, attendance, and timely submission of required payroll data.
• Supervises or assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees.
