* Job Summary:

** Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and organization of products essential to the operation of the R&D Lab. Conducts inventory on consumables to ensure items required are always on hand.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
* Operates equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles.
* Efficiently locates, processes, moves, and stages project materials for smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
* Performs regular cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies between physical counts and records.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and resolve issues and discrepancies.
* Ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking, including location, quantity, and quality of materials.
* Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
* Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to efficiently handle tasks necessary for the progression of R&D projects.
* Reports inefficiencies in processes to supervisor.
* Runs weekly report of reserve stock and daily shortages correcting discrepancies.
* Organizes and maintains NAIC to ensure safety and aesthetics.
* Attends bi-weekly R&D support meetings.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

** Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Knowledge of AAON mainframe and warehouse processes preferred.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
* Presents a strong, confident, and decisive personality.
* High attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills.
* Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities, organizational and time management skills.
** Work Environment:
*** Fast-paced, high-pressure, temperature controlled Test Lab and manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure
* Lift up to 50 lbs., climbing, stooping, sitting, or standing for prolonged periods.
