Experience using RF scanners

Ability to accurately pick and stage products

Comfortable using shipping and inventory software

- Reach Operator – Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Picker
- Reach Operator to pull, move, stage, and load products for customer orders and deliveries. This position requires experience operating a reach forklift, using RF scanners, and following detailed job lists to ensure parts and products are ready on schedule.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory and product tracking.

- Reach Operator

– Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate a reach forklift to retrieve and move products

Pick products according to job lists and order requirements

Stage products in the appropriate areas for kitting and shipment

Load products onto trucks for delivery

Use RF scanners to track product movement and maintain inventory accuracy

Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations

Work with team members to ensure orders are prepared on time Follow shipping and inventory procedures

Maintain an organized and efficient work area Follow all forklift and workplace safety procedures

Perform equipment inspections and report any issues

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Picker
- Reach Operator – Additional Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or material-handling experience preferred

Experience with computerized inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to safely operate a reach forklift in a busy warehouse environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production schedules

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance#MC1
