We are working with a boutique employee benefits firm who is seeking an Assistant Account Manager & Client Relations Representative to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful career in employee benefits while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.
This is an entry-level role designed as a launching point for a long-term career in employee benefits consulting.
No prior health insurance experience required. Many their most successful team members started "green." With training and hands-on experience, this role can advance to Account Manager and Executive Account Manager positions with six-figure earning potential.
- Process employee benefit enrollments accurately and on time
- Assist client employees with benefit questions and issue resolution
- Support clients with plan changes, life events, and ongoing service needs
- Build custom benefit proposals and presentations (Excel and PDF formats)
- Manage and maintain accurate data within CRM systems
- Research plans, providers, and benefit options to support client strategies
- Coordinate with internal team members to deliver seamless client experiences
