• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of managing teams effectively.

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
