Job description:
Are you the type of dentist who takes initiative, builds relationships naturally, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, high-energy team? If you are personable, clinically curious, and excited about joining a practice where effort and initiative are rewarded,
we would love to hear from you. A thriving, growth-oriented general dentistry practice is seeking an associate dentist who is motivated, personable, and eager to develop both clinically and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist or an exceptional new graduate—particularly one who has completed a residency or has previous dental assisting experience.
This established PPO practice features:
- 10 operatories
- 5 hygienists and a strong support team
- CBCT technology and digital radiography
- Comprehensive dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, endodontics, extractions, implant dentistry, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, and sedation
- Over $3.5 million in annual production
- Approximately 60 new patients per month
- Long-term associate and future buy-in opportunity for the right candidate
The ideal candidate is:
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Confident without being arrogant
- Comfortable building rapport and trust with patients
- Energized by a busy office environment
- Team-oriented and coachable
Interested in continuous growth and expanding clinical skills
Success here comes from taking ownership of your schedule, engaging with patients, and embracing a collaborative team culture. The doctor-owner has a friendly, down-to-earth communication style and values authentic patient relationships. Patients are accustomed to a doctor who educates and guides rather than dictates treatment.
THE ONBOARDING APPROACHInitially, the associate will:
- Take over one patient column
- Perform hygiene checks
- See the majority of new patients
- Learn the practice's treatment planning philosophy and workflow
During the first three months, the focus will be on building confidence, consistency, and understanding the systems that have made the practice successful. As competency is demonstrated, opportunities to expand into more advanced procedures—including endodontics, implant dentistry, and clear aligner therapy—will become available.
COMPENSATION- Daily minimum guarantee
- 30% of Collections
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Licensing and credentialing support
- Flexible scheduling options available
The owner is seeking more than just an employee. They are looking for a dentist who wants to become an integral part of the practice and potentially pursue ownership opportunities in the future.
