** What You'll Do:
*** Provide
** speech-language pathology services
** in home health settings
* Conduct
** evaluations and assessments
** to determine communication and swallowing needs
* Develop and implement
** individualized treatment plans
** to improve speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing
* Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
* Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology, particularly in geriatrics and home health

* Qualifications:

*** Licensed
** Speech-Language Pathologist
** in Washington state
* Current BLS certification
* One to two years of experience as an SLP preferred
* Home health or hospice experience preferred, but not required
* Licensed driver with an insured automobile
