Entry Level Sales Associate

Olympic Marketing Group is a growing sales and marketing company in the PNW. We work with well-known Fortune 500 brands to create meaningful face-to-face interactions that increase customer engagement, build brand awareness, and support long-term growth.

We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Customer Sales Representative (Entry Level). No previous sales or marketing experience is required - we provide hands-on training and support to help you learn the skills you need to succeed.

In this on-site role, you'll work alongside our sales and marketing team to connect with customers, represent our clients, generate new leads, and build valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations. As you grow your skills and confidence, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow within the company!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the sales and marketing team to promote client products.
• Connect with customers through face-to-face interactions in retail locations.
• Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Learn about client products and confidently explain them to customers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; internships or relevant coursework a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
