Since 2005, Terra Firma has been the Pacific Northwest's trusted leader in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair. As a locally owned and operated company, we've helped protect thousands of homes through quality craftsmanship, honest service, and a commitment to doing the job right. We don't just repair homes—we protect the families who live in them. If you take pride in hard work, value integrity, and want to be part of a team that stands behind every project, we'd love to have you.

Are you a proven leader who takes ownership of the job site and sets the standard for excellence?

At Terra Firma, our Foremen are the backbone of every job site. You’re not just managing a crew — you’re owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project. If you have construction leadership experience and a track record of leading teams — this role is built for you.

POSITION SUMMARY

You’ll lead your crew from start to finish on every production job — coordinating tasks and assignments, monitoring project progress, and keeping work on track from both a time and budgetary standpoint. You’ll mentor your team, deliver high-quality installations, and ensure every customer experience reflects the Terra Firma standard.

  • Monitor project progress and keep jobs on track from a time and budgetary standpoint
  • Motivate and recognize your team to foster a positive, high-performance work culture

Installations

  • Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before arriving on site
  • Assess job site conditions on arrival and set forth a clear plan — time allotment, tool needs, and work order
  • Install Terra Firma products and services, driving quality workmanship and on-time completion
  • Troubleshoot and innovate on the spot to resolve challenges and meet company standards and timetables
  • Drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily
  • Work in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements safely
  • Collect payment upon job completion and ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the proper parties

Customer Service

  • Provide customers with superior quality and service while on site
  • Keep customers informed throughout the project using Terra Firma’s messaging system
  • Clearly explain any job changes and obtain customer approval before proceeding
  • Confirm satisfaction at completion — review all work to ensure it meets or exceeds expectations
