Job Description- Process and distribute accounts payable and payroll checks.
- Process interdepartmental invoices.
- Assist with maintenance of accounts payable and accounting files.
- Enter transactions into the general ledger.
- Assist in the performance of the departmental property inventory audit.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience using SCT‑Banner software is a plus.
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Advanced knowledge and skills using office automation software applications (Microsoft Office and accounting systems).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
