As Office Supervisor, you will oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional service, and effective use of resources. You will provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to administrative staff while partnering with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Oversee the daily workflow and operations of the office or department.
- Supervise clerical and support services, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Provide hands‑on support and guidance to staff as they perform their assigned duties.
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new clerical team members.
- Prepare, complete, and distribute required forms, reports, and other documentation.
- Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operational needs.
- Identify workflow challenges, analyze issues, and implement practical solutions.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards and established procedures.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, guidance, and motivation to team members.
- Oversee the efficient use of office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
- Serve as a liaison between the office and other departments and divisions.
- Promote a collaborative, professional, and patient‑focused work environment.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clinical experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team.
- Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
