• Setting up Delivery appointments
• Sending request & information to all Carriers
• Tracking the progress of current Trips
• Research & provide information to support all OS&D
• Reporting percentages for on Time deliveries & information related to Carrier on time.
• Process purchase orders requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic)
• Verifies all packages received at front desk (UPS, Vendors)
• Misc. research trips and date related to trips or loads
• Research appointments to customers and information that supports customers.
