Construction Flooring Project Manager

• Manage epoxy flooring projects from award through completion.
• Manage multiple projects at once.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, architects, and suppliers.
• Review project plans, specifications, and submittals.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
• Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and production.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Complete project documentation, closeout paperwork, and final inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Experience in commercial flooring, concrete coatings, or construction is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk jobsites and industrial facilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel overnight when projects require.
• Ability to pass a background check. For Security Clearance Requirements – must be a US Citizen, as required.

• Concrete surface preparation

• Estimating or takeoffs
• OSHA safety knowledge
