Millwright Foremen - Statewide Mississippi

Yates Construction is seeking experienced Millwright Foremen to oversee and direct crews on various construction projects across the United States. This supervisory role involves planning, safety monitoring, and ensuring quality workmanship. Ideal candidates will have significant hands-on millwright experience and a proven track record in crew leadership and construction supervision.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of construction experience
• Minimum of six (6) years of craft-classified experience
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience (for external candidates)
• Formal education/degree/certificate in construction, technical, or trade school such as NCCER Certification Plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, ISO’s, and P&IDs
• Successful completion of required safety training (Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at varying elevations
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, and lifting
• Strong communication skills in English
