Advocatesofboth in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption, usageandultimately guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience

• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Make the guest aware of current promos,storeactivitiesand events.
  
  Understand and show guests how to use the features and offerings within the Target App including Wallet.
• Know and speaktothe benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest andassistwith application,sign-up, and signing inas needed.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently,accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time whilemaintainingguest service and accuracy.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up andonlineordering,and know how to direct the guest to enroll, activate and use these features.
• Attempt every returnor exchange and follow register prompts;partner with immediate leaders as needed to help solveissuesfor the guest while following Target’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free work areabygatheringunpurchaseditems, baskets, and hangers for removal.
• Stock supplies during storeopenhours while being available for the guest.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance.
• Work in a safe mannerat all times;comply withall safety policies,best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) Orders,DUReturns andmaintaina compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
• All other dutiesbasedon business needs.
