Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect to lead the design and technical development of architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values thoughtful design, and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with principals, project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated architecture across a range of project types.

• Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Design
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare and/or Higher Education experience is desirable
• Ability to work in tandem with collaborative multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suites

• Collaborate with senior architects and team leaders to program, plan, design, and administer building projects
• Develop conceptual plans, design studies, and presentation materials
• Produce and coordinate construction documents and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
• Coordinate with consultants, including structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations to ensure project goals are met
• Work with CAD/BIM staff to develop renderings and visualizations
• Ensure projects meet design intent, budget, schedule, and applicable codes
• Assist with research, selection, and coordination of materials and products
• Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination
