Special Education Teacher Openings for 24/25 Clarksdale, MS

A school district in the Clarksdale, MS area is seeking Special Education Teachers to fill open positions. This district needs someone strong and can jump right in to assist students with quality aids and services. This position would start at the beginning of the 2024/2025 school year and continue for the full year with a renewal option after successful completion of the school year.

Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

• Bachelors or masters degree in special education or related fields
• Must have an active MSSpecial Education Teacher License.
• Previous Special Education Teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Pass a Drug screening and background check (fingerprints).
• Must have 2-3 positive Supervisor references.

• Full-time and Part-time positions available.
• Caseload: K-12
• Standard Special Education Teacher duties.
• Provide case management services for students on IEPs.
• Provide direct instruction according to IEP.
• Further caseload details will be discussed in the interview and placement will be based off experience and preference.
• After successful completion of assignment, huge potential for a contract renewal to return the following school year!
