Relationship Banker II - Barnes Crossing

Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Meet with customers and prospects in person and over the phone to determine their financial needs and offer appropriate Regions products and guidance;
Conduct outbound phone calls using lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new customers;
Educate customers on Regions consumer and business products and services, including loan and deposit types;
Educate customers on digital banking solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings;
Provide a consistent optimal customer experience and assist with greeting customers and processing transactions as needed;
Own and resolve customer issues and refer to internal experts when needed to achieve complex goals;
Follow bank processes and procedures and adhere to laws and regulations, including managing operational risks
