Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Utilize financial software to access member accounts and perform necessary transactions.
• Assist in loan origination procedures and guide members through the application process.
• Implement fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard member accounts.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and balancing transactions.
• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Previous experience in cash handling or financial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in using financial software for account management and transactions.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and calculations.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
