About the PositionIn this position, you will be responsible for all employees (Desk Auditors and Revenue Specialists) and the workload of Miscellaneous and Corporate Accounts. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing, assigning, and monitoring employees’ work; conducting employee reviews and training; and handling personnel matters. You will also administer Corporate, Pass-Through Entity, and Miscellaneous accounts in the system. Additionally, you will be responsible for Review Board hearings and appeals for Miscellaneous and Corporate Accounts.
Statistical reporting and responding to requests are major responsibilities required in this role for Miscellaneous and Corporate Accounts. You will participate in both internal and external seminars and training sessions as needed to provide information regarding your tax areas. Finally, you will answer calls and emails regarding the application of tax laws, to which you must respond in a timely and efficient manner.

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience.
