Overview
Private Bank Service Specialist II – Huntington Private Bank is responsible for managing day‑to‑day activities and interactions between high‑net‑worth clients and Huntington Bank, including documentation, maintenance, and servicing of relationships. Works closely with Wealth Advisors to support the sales process and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Assist with or lead special projects as requested by manager and partners.
- Train new and existing service specialists and act as a key resource and mentor across the footprint.
- Help resolve complex support issues within the Region.
- Identify, assess, and manage risk while adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgments.
- Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account issues.
- Advisory and counseling to clients on bank products and services.
- Process and maintain accurate documentation for advisors.
- Provide detailed information on specific accounts and disburse funds when appropriate.
- Prepare reports from multiple sources and communicate findings via memos and correspondence to clients, officers, attorneys, agencies, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services.
- Notary public certification required when supporting the Wealth Advisor role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Administrative experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Huntington applications.
Exempt Status:
No – eligible for overtime pay.
Workplace Type:
Office (flexible work arrangement options may be available).
