About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Master Aesthetician to lead their aesthetic services department in their state-of-the-art clinic in George . This senior position involves providing advanced dermatological treatments, managing a team of aestheticians, and contributing to the development of new service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skin health and a passion for delivering transformative results.

You will play a crucial role in upholding the clinic's reputation for delivering cutting-edge treatments and personalized client care within the beautiful Western Cape region.

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, medical-grade peels , and microneedling.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Supervise and train junior aesthetician staff, ensuring high standards of practice and client care.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the aesthetics industry and introduce new services.
• Manage inventory of aesthetic supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts for aesthetic services.

• Aesthetician certification with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical aesthetics , including laser operation and advanced skincare protocols.
• Experience in client management and staff supervision.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and skin biology.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
