As our next Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be a key partner to plant leadership and employees, helping build a strong workplace culture while supporting essential HR functions. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact across employee engagement, talent management, training, and community involvement.

In this hands-on HR role, you will:

• Support all HR functions, including Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment
• Assist with staffing:
  recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Develop and coordinate employee relations programs and plant activities
• Administer HR policies while providing guidance and decision-making support
• Deliver employee communications with professionalism and confidentiality
• Administer benefits and support employee inquiries
• Engage in community activities to help build a positive local presence.

To be considered for this HR Generalist position, you bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• At least 1 year of related HR experience
• Strong organization and time management
• Experience with ADP or KRONOS (a plus).
