Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner based in Shannon, MS. In this position, the successful candidate will manage and support HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee relations strategies, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities will also include driving initiatives to improve performance management and providing guidance to leadership on workforce planning, conflict resolution, and organizational development.

The role requires overseeing day-to-day HR processes and ensuring alignment with overall business priorities and goals.

Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and best practices
  • Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, workforce planning, and training
  • Skills in providing coaching and guidance to front-line leaders
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and resolving conflicts
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law regulations and compliance
  • Expertise in Performance Management processes and strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in the beverage distribution or related industry is a plus
