Join Fidelity Building Services Group (FBSG) as our next Regional IT Director serving Bolton, Jackson Florence, Hattiesburg, MS and Hammond, LA.
FBSG is seeking a Regional IT Director to oversee and manage all information technology operations. This role ensures the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems, infrastructure, and services to support business objectives. The Regional IT Director serves as the primary liaison between local business units and corporate IT leadership, driving the implementation of global IT strategies while addressing regional needs.
This position will require regular travel.
- Oversee IT operations across multiple regional sites
- Oversee Tier 1–3 technical support across the region
- Improve response times and elevate the employee technology experience
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user devices
- Lead incident response and problem resolution efforts to minimize downtime
- Partner with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, telecom, and support services
- Implement and enforce IT security standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and data privacy regulations
- Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams on risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
- Drive major IT initiatives including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and office expansions
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategies with business goals
- Manage regional IT budgets, forecasting, and procurement strategies
- Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts and service agreements
- Track IT assets and optimize technology investments
- Support training initiatives that increase digital adoption and productivity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6–10 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Expert, and Okta Certified Professional - Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), and enterprise applications
