Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Control Center Specialist to oversee the daily administration, monitoring, and optimization of warehouse control center operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining visibility across warehouse and supply chain activities by ensuring system accuracy, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills with experience supporting warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall supply chain performance.

- Monitor, coordinate, and optimize daily warehouse and internal logistics operations.
- Serve as the primary system user and subject matter expert for warehouse processes and logistics platforms.
- Monitor real-time operational data to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact productivity or customer service.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and workflow documentation.
- Create training materials and provide system training to warehouse personnel and key users.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Audit system data to ensure accuracy and maintain reporting integrity.
- Coordinate with operations, IT teams, software vendors, and external partners during system enhancements and implementations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing warehouse efficiency, productivity, and system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or transportation.
- At least 1-2 years supporting warehouse systems or serving as a key system user.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- ERP experience (SAP S/4
HANA preferred) - Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Transportation Management Systems (Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Power BI or Tableau
