Responsibilities

• Set up work area with needed materials to start the work schedule for the day.
• Ability to switch out thread or re-thread machine.
• Notify lead/supervisor of any issues of stitching or replacement parts.
• Ensure finished product meets company standards and adheres to work order specifications.
• Trim finished product with scissors and cutters.
• Applicants must be willing to learn and train in areas when needed within the department.

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work as a team in order to get schedule work order out for the work shift.
• Organized skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to follow and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Attention to work order and details.
• Ability to perform basic and specific functions.
• Effectively communicate with people in the department.
• Flexibility and willingness to work with the constant changes at a short notice.
• Knowledge and experience using industrial sewing machine in a manufacturing plant.

• Minimum 2 year+ experience with industrial sewing operations

INDUSTRIAL SERGING EXPERIENCE, A PLUS!

Pay based on experience.
