Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Hours:
Guaranteed 32 hours per week
, with the opportunity for up to 40 hours depending on production needs.
We are hiring a dependable Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. This position will be responsible for moving, preparing, inspecting, and loading materials while helping maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate should be physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities- Move, organize, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Apply glue and perform other material preparation tasks as needed.
- Load and stack products onto carts, including overhead stacking.
- Safely move materials by hand, carts, or other equipment.
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper dimensions.
- Read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Accurately complete required paperwork.
- Use basic math skills and a tape measure to verify material dimensions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Assist supervisors and production teams with additional tasks as needed.
- Adapt to changing assignments and priorities throughout the workday.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch
. - Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 400 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to understand written instructions and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to complete a post-offer drug screen

- $17.21 per hour
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Monday–Friday
- 32 hours guaranteed weekly
- Opportunity to work up to 40 hours based on production needs
