We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Associate for a production facility in Verona, MS. This position will involve working with induction brazing equipment and CNC machinery , along with other general manufacturing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or machine operation experience, be comfortable using computers, and have the ability to learn and operate production equipment. Experience with CNC machines or induction brazing is preferred, but candidates with the right manufacturing background who are willing to learn may also be considered.
Training ScheduleTraining will be conducted on 1st shift:
Monday
- Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Fridays and Saturdays as needed based on production and training requirements.
Candidates must be available and willing to train on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular night-shift schedule of 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM .
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor induction brazing and CNC equipment.
- Load and unload materials and components from production machines.
- Follow machine instructions, production specifications, and work orders.
- Use basic computer systems to enter or review production information.
- Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.
- Maintain consistent production and quality standards throughout the shift.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
- CNC experience is a plus.
- Induction brazing experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be comfortable learning new machinery and production processes.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
- Must be able to lift materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be available to train on 1st shift from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday
- Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed. - Must be able to transition to the regular 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM night shift after training.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
