Job Overview

The CRNA at North Mississippi Health Services - Hamilton is responsible for delivering high‑quality anesthesia services and patient care in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring patient and surgeon satisfaction. They demonstrate strong leadership skills in assessing each situation and formulating individualized anesthesia plans, as well as effective human‑relations skills for extensive interactions with patients, families, medical center staff, and other customers.

• Render high‑quality anesthesia services and patient care to meet patient and surgeon needs efficiently, effectively, and economically while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Provide customer service through pre‑operative assessment and planning and post‑operative evaluation of the anesthetic care plan.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through methods that may include post‑operative visits, follow‑up phone calls, and third‑party reviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia care rendered.

Graduate of an educational program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Council on Accreditation of Educational Programs.
