As a Quality Engineer you will support field operations by facilitating the implementation and compliance of Michels’ QA/QC programs. Serving as a key resource to project teams, this role ensures that quality standards are consistently met through monitoring, training, incident investigation, and routine assessments. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Support field operations by facilitating the implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs
- Monitor quality standards to ensure they are consistently met
- Provide training related to QA/QC procedures
- Investigate incidents and conduct routine assessments
- Collaborate with project teams to promote safety and quality

- 1+ years of QA/QC experience within the pipeline industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel across the United States
- Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record as determined by Michels
- Knowledge of applicable standards and codes (desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications (desirable)
