• Assist customers and sell merchandise from the gift and floral shop.
• Balance cash, credit card, and check receipts at the end of the day.
• Replenish stock and clean shelves as needed.
• Make list of items to be ordered.
• Unpack boxes, mark merchandise, process flowers as directed.
• Deliver flowers to patients as requested by customers.
• Take phone and internet orders from customers.
• Assist with delivering merchandise to outside buildings as requested.
• Operate gift & floral shop, including opening and closing, without assistance during nights and weekends when other staff members are off.
• Assist with inventory and software updates when requested.
