Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to our overall growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma; additional education or certifications are a plus.
