• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1–4 years of sales experience.
• Former athletes encouraged to apply.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems.
• Prior experience demonstrating a strong work ethic and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to participate in a year‑long training program.
• Self‑motivated with great organizational skills.
• Goal‑oriented.

As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months to receive comprehensive, hands‑on training. If you are confident in your sales abilities, energetic, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, this position is an excellent starting point for a career in the high‑end building materials industry focused on commercial roofing.

Travel within the assigned territory.

Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 (estimate based on qualifications, operations, and other factors).
