Position: Casual Part‑Time

As a Team Member at Essilor Luxottica’s Sunglass Hut, you will help customers find premium eyewear while contributing to a supportive and inclusive store environment. You will engage customers, offer tailored advice, and strive to meet sales targets.

• Drive sales and build lasting relationships by helping customers find products that meet their needs.
• Become a vision expert, offering tailored advice and recommending solutions that fit customers’ lifestyles.
• Leverage training to grow skills and collaborate with peers for top‑tier service.
• Work closely with the team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere: keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Foster inclusion and respect for all customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Sales savvy and strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology for transactions.
• Fashion forward with a keen eye for eyewear and fashion trends.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment, ready to learn and grow.
