Base + Commission | High Earning Potential
We are a growing Beltone hearing care practice serving Tupelo and Columbus, seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share. This role is ideal for a strong closer who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. If you’ve been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity — we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license.
Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Entry / non-licensed: $25,000–$28,000 base salary
- Proven sales / licensed: $30,000–$38,000 base salary
- Tiered commission up to 12%
- Monthly growth bonuses
- Top performers earn $90K–$120K+ annually

Monday–Friday 8–5, most weekends and holidays off
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized hearing solutions
- Close sales ethically while exceeding revenue goals
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention
- Help grow referrals and community presence
- Work closely with clinical and front office staff
Qualifications
- Proven sales success (consultative or high-ticket preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self‑motivated
- Comfortable working with older adults
- Professional, coachable, and performance-driven
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
