Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and vehicle access, and maintain accurate access logs and other required documentation.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, gate areas, parking areas, loading and shipping zones, and perimeter points as assigned.;
Help to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns by observing site activity, reporting unusual conditions, and following post orders and client-directed procedures.
