Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Entry Control Driver in Belden, MS
, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Logistics & Distribution. This part‑time role lets you build a schedule that works for you and explore new opportunities using our Claim a Shift platform.

Job ScheduleDaytime:
Tue 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM;
Wed 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and vehicle access, and maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, communicate with site contacts and first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, gate areas, parking areas, loading and shipping zones, and perimeter points as assigned.
- Help deter unauthorized access and other security concerns by observing site activity, reporting unusual conditions, and following post‑orders and client‑directed procedures.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
