Industrial Firefighter
Garda World Security Services is hiring a qualified Industrial Firefighter.
What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Describe how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.
As an Industrial Firefighter – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around during your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
Qualifications- Must be over the age of 21.
- Must have a valid Driver License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- Must have Firefighter Certification NFPA 1001-1-11 IFSAC OR Pro Board excepted Certification.
- Must have Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification or higher.
- Must have Hazardous Material Awareness and Operations NFPA 472 IFSAC or Pro Board Certification.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- If you have security, military, or law enforcement experience – even better!
- Site location:
Blue Springs, Mississippi - Set schedule: 7 am to 7 am. On 24 hours off 48 hours. Must have open availability to fill in to cover for call‑offs.
- Competitive hourly wage of $17.49 per hour.
