How You’ll Make a Difference As a Service Technician I, you’ll help keep material handling equipment operating safely and reliably—whether in our shop or at a customer site. Your work will directly support the people and businesses who rely on this equipment every day.
You’ll join a team that values safety, teamwork, continuous learning, and doing the job the right way.
What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and lifting systems
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and routine maintenance to keep equipment running to manufacturer standards
Safely disassemble, rebuild, and repair components while following all company safety procedures and OSHA/DOT regulations
Complete service documentation, maintain parts and supplies, participate in technical training, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment
What You’ll Bring Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or GED required; trade or mechanical school training preferred1+ years of forklift repair or related equipment experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills, along with a valid driver’s license
