Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician in Marks, MS to direct a team of technicians, oversee repairs and maintenance of heavy trucks and refuse bodies, and ensure adherence to safety standards. The role includes diagnosing complex issues, coaching staff, and planning repair work to minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as a technician on heavy trucks, with OSHA experience and ASE/T1-T8 certifications as a plus. CDL Class B is preferred.
