Thompson Machinery is seeking a Rental General Mechanic/Service Shop Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and prepare rental equipment including Caterpillar, JLG, and Genie lifts. This role largely works independently under supervision, serving customers of the Rental Store.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years hands-on equipment/engine experience, basic tools, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. CDL may be required; strong customer service is essential.
