Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Licensed Program Expert:
- Provides clinical leadership to assigned teams and effectively implements Youth Villages' treatment models
- Provides training and coaching to personnel with various professional backgrounds
- Ensures the success of the treatment program by providing weekly telephone consultation, conducting trainings for treatment teams, and coordinating clinical development for leaders
- Maintains policy, professional growth, and quality of service within the Clinical Services Department
- Completes accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record system
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in a social services discipline
- Must be clinically licensed or 6 months away from completion of licensure
- Supervisory experience within Youth Villages (preferred)
- Experience in community-based programs (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
