The Licensed Program Expert:

• Provides clinical leadership to assigned teams and effectively implements Youth Villages' treatment models
• Provides training and coaching to personnel with various professional backgrounds
• Ensures the success of the treatment program by providing weekly telephone consultation, conducting trainings for treatment teams, and coordinating clinical development for leaders
• Maintains policy, professional growth, and quality of service within the Clinical Services Department
• Completes accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record system
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Master's degree in a social services discipline
• Must be clinically licensed or 6 months away from completion of licensure
• Supervisory experience within Youth Villages (preferred)
• Experience in community-based programs (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
