Youth Villages is seeking a clinician to support Intercept® in an in‑home program, keeping families together by preventing out‑of‑home placements. You will carry a caseload of 4–6 families, conduct sessions, and assess needs from a strength‑based view.
Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families, participate in weekly meetings, and document in an EMR. A Master’s or Bachelor’s in a social services field is required or preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.
