Hospice Social Worker: Compassionate Patient & Family Support

Spring Valley Hospice in Tupelo, MS is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our care team. You will provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness, ensuring psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, counseling, crisis intervention, maintaining documentation, and linking families with community resources. A MSW or CSWE-accredited BS/W required with hospice experience preferred.
