Depends On Experience - Pay Rate: $18.50 - $22.00 Hourly.

• Serve as an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets by responding to tire-related failures at customer locations to repair or change tires.
• Be roadside when performing job duties; when no service calls are pending, assist with mounting orders, shop cleaning and organization, and other general duties as needed.

• Pay rate: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour (experience-based).

• Shift and on-call requirements: mandatory on-call rotation; after-hours service calls paid at double time with a minimum of 2 hours per call. For example, if a technician accepts, arrives, and completes a 45-minute call, they will receive 1 hour 15 minutes of double-time pay.

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Commercial Service Tire experience.

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies and procedures.
