CDL-A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Out 21 & Home 7 Earn $85-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time) - Dedicated Account

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time, and excellent benefits. Training is offered for candidates without cryogenic experience.

You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat at time of application to qualify.

First year pay ranges from $85-$106K. Drivers start at $300.30 per day with an increase of $3 per day every six months to a cap of $324 per day. If you train new hires in cryogenics, you will earn an additional $100 per day.

Training is shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs; you do not share a cab and are not double bunking. Drivers are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Drivers are assigned their truck (all trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmissions) and there is no slip seating.

Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in your first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Driver will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Drivers are not allowed to opt out of any region. When it is time to go home for your 7-day break, the company will pay for your flight home and back. If you are within 200 miles of home, you may drive your truck home.

Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days. You may stay home less than 7 days and may stay out longer than 21, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless taking allotted vacation.

• Must have at least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• You do not need tanker or cryogenic experience but must have your hazmat endorsement and tanker endorsement at time of application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• If you have felonies of any kind, you are ineligible for hire.
• If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP status), you are not eligible.
