Route Sales Specialist

We are looking for delivery drivers to join a growing company with popular retail brands such as Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta pizza, Mrs. Smith's, Edwards desserts, bibigo, and Pagoda Asian‑style snacks.

• Pay: $56,000 – $58,000 per year

This CDL Class B position involves providing route coverage while delivering product, placing orders, and merchandising product to keep stores stocked for grocery shoppers. The role also offers a pathway to develop leadership skills.

• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule (some weekend travel may be required); early‑morning start
• Unload products, store them in the backroom, and collect proof of delivery
• Place orders and support sales by securing display space and promoting new products
• Merchandise product, maintain displays, and rotate inventory
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks
• Build in‑store relationships and collaborate effectively with co‑workers in a fast‑paced environment
• Maintain DOT rules and regulations and perform truck inspections

• Previous DSD, grocery, delivery, or warehouse experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B CDL with air‑brake endorsement and capability to meet medical certification requirements; must be 21 or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product with appropriate equipment
• Capacity to meet pre‑employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements
